I thought I saw tay!

It was a little kid, about 9 or 10 and he looked JUST like tay! Same hair, same eyes, same smile, same EVERYTHING! I really wish I could have taken a pic to show you all....but I couldn't. The only thing that would have been cooler was if he bust out that chocolate rain. Lol

Anyone else have a tay lookalike story??
